How often should a rooftop unit be maintained?
Most commercial RTUs should be serviced at least twice a year, with a cooling-season start-up in spring and a heating check in fall.
Can you maintain all the units on our building or portfolio?
Yes. We set up scheduled maintenance for multi-unit buildings and property portfolios and report on the condition of every unit.
Do you also service refrigeration?
